I don't think the coaching staff rate the Browns, Madgen, WHE, etc but the cupboard is too bare to replace them.Maybe our coaching team rate the value of players differently to us.

It will if you have a drill and the right attachment. I have done it was easy as the round hold was small.
Exactly my pointWhy would anyone want to put a square peg in a round hole anyway?
It's easy, providing the diameter of the round hole is larger than the diagonal of the square plug. You can fit a dodecagonal plug into a round hole using the same principle. No matter how many times you try, a square plug won’t fit in a round hole
They would have been delisted. I’ll stop nowI wonder what we would be saying about a player that was pick 35 if his last name was not Brown?
Or his brother who was pick 50 in the draft.
He can do it in the EDFL , that’s his levelGreat. He can do that in the vfl

Someone has to make a gif of that play where the ball was to his advantage, he tapped it to his opponent, then tackled him to win the free and then handballed it to a 50/50 contest for the ball to go out of bounds. Just quintessential Callum. Poor bloke is mentally shot.Continues to try very hard indeed.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall at home when Gavin is talking to Cal. I wonder what his assessment of Callum's future is.
I didn't say I take any pleasure in Cal's struggles. I'd be interested to hear his dad's honest assessment of his ability.I wouldn’t. I take absolutely no pleasure in it. I wish Cal won the lottery and just took off overseas, and I could assume he was happily hobnobbing in Monaco with the rich and famous… or whatever made him happy.
I know there was a late out but the decision to play him over Macrae is an absolute howler. Not that I think Macrae is special, but it’s obvious he deserves a fair crack before Brown who time and time again proves to be a liability. I don’t understand how coaches can get things like this so wrong so often.
I remember that passage of play(who could forget it).I actually felt sorry for him when I saw that. He’s clearly mentally shot. He’s like a dear caught in the headlights when he gets the ball now,he literally doesn’t know what to do.It’s not doing him or the team any good having him in the team like that.He needs an extended run in the reserves to get some of confidence back. But even then I think it might be too late for him.Someone has to make a gif of that play where the ball was to his advantage, he tapped it to his opponent, then tackled him to win the free and then handballed it to a 50/50 contest for the ball to go out of bounds. I think he only speaks with Tarni these daysI'd love to be a fly on the wall at home when Gavin is talking to Cal. I wonder what his assessment of Callum's future is.
I completely agree - he looked great in 2019. But he’s now a shadow of that player, he should take a complete break from the game IMO.I remember that passage of play(who could forget it).I actually felt sorry for him when I saw that. He’s clearly mentally shot. He’s like a dear caught in the headlights when he gets the ball now,he literally doesn’t know what to do.It’s not doing him or the team any good having him in the team like that.He needs an extended run in the reserves to get some of confidence back. But even then I think it might be too late for him.
I reckon he has the potential to be an awesome VFL grade player. Would love to still have him around Collingwood in that capacity, because he seems like a very good human and works hard.Condolences to Cal after being delisted. We all wanted him so badly to be a success, and could always count on him giving absolutely everything he had. A quality person and hopefully set up for success post-football.
