There are two of them compared to one in this scenario. The proof is in whether they can find 1-1.5 goals a game from their replacement.
However, I think we have found the key with Harry playing ruck time as Charlie gets his alone time and Harry gets some of his goals in a different way.
People forget how little they played together prior to 2 seasons ago. It has taken them time to learn how best to work in tandem. They will only get better as a pairing from here.
They both have different strengths.
Charlie's second and third wheel around goals were pure instinct.
Harry is hard to stop on a leading mark.
Harry's field kicks were excellent.
Hard to stop both of them. It's going to be fun watching them this season.

Anyone doubting Harry's value just remember how our structure changed after he was concussed in the Sydney elimination final.
