TV is not an issue, but the paper is the worst of the lot.
Hard to avoid reading The Age regularly.

It irks me when we cop it undeservingly but right now we deserve every bit of it. I won't be avoiding it but I don't read the papers or watch much TV at all so I won't hear much anyway
Just had Murph on Game Day...looks totally defeated. Said it's they players' fault and not Mick's, that there's no way we can win while they're kicking 7.16 but they had good attack on the ball (??!!!)

As David Parkin tells it, when John Elliott interviewed him about a return to the Carlton coaching job in late 1990, an appraisal of the playing list was sought. Parkin, well beyond currying favour by telling a president what he wanted to hear, said it needed a re-build.

Can we stop having a crack at the physical appearance of players? It has zero to do with how they play. It's incredibly petty and unnecessary.

The club is STILL in complete denial. We won't be at rock bottom until the club face reality. If a loss to Melbourne isn't that reality check, what will it take? What is worse than losing to Melbourne?
Our club is broken.

Buddy Franklin spends more time than anyone at a salon. Didn't realize that impacted on his ability as a footballer.
The players don't live their lives to 'your liking'. Nor do they to my liking. It's incredibly irrelevant.

The players certainly don't play to my liking as well. "Pretty boys" who don't put in the hard yards.
Anybody who thinks that the way that you present yourself isn't important doesn't understand human psychology.
Lance Franklin was constantly in trouble at Hawthorn and getting discliplined for it and I doubt he spends plenty of time at the salon with a shaved head.
It's rd 4 em20. Let's just blood the kids quietly and go about our business. No reason for Mckay to start talking publicly about rebuilds until the season is over.
