Lol, collingwood are entrenched in the bottom half of the ladder. Were in the top 8 for ONLY 3 weeks out of 24.
Carlton have been out of the TOP 8 for only 2 weeks out of the 24.
That's are big gap.

If Carlton miss finals after only being out of the eight for two weeks, would you agree it would be one of the great failures of the game of AFL?

You've now got to win tomorrow to qualify for an away elimination final.
Yet another wasted year, not contending for a premiership.

Whatever happens to Carlton, the fact that Collingwood almost always beats them will burn in their guts. How can there be a debate about who is superior when one of the sides almost always beats the other?
Well then , get your facts straight prior to commenting on how Carlton will or won't qualify. FYI - Carlton win , they're in , Carlton lose and Freo lose, Carlton are in.
Carlton lose , and freo draw, then Carlton are out. Would be a cruel blow if Freo draw.
Considered yourself now as being brought up to date.

Remember when Sam McClure said Carlton should be premiership favourites? Put the Pies aside and think about what a loss to the Saints would truly mean to your club?
I actually think they've resigned themselves to never contending for a premiership again, and will just search for the small things, such as finishing ahead of Collingwood on the ladder by percentage, in what has clearly been a down year for us.

It was a joke at the time, and even more hilarious in hindsight.
You've resigned yourself to doing chores around the house this week , throwing some old clothes out, cleaning those windows , and probably sitting in front of the TV watching foxtel wondering what might have been. Love the early resignation from the black and white army - 50k spare seats last night. Lol what happened to all those 110k members last night ?
Don't have to dream about winning premierships against Collingwood. I lived it. More than once too I might add.
