Nearly went nuclear in the changes thread when I saw Bowey was an in here...was about to ask what the * are we doing dropping one of the few quality ball users we do have,

In fairness, we need more inside midfielders.

Good to see the Sextent pegged in the pocket.

qtr time 26-20. Howes finding plenty of it in defence. Lauries hands were good in close. Sextent started hot but drifted out of it a bit. Jefferson did a couple of nice things. Tmac presenting well, but ball use let him down with turnovers and hitting the post from a set shot. Dunstan and Tommo their usual selfs.

Melk is the only emergency not playing so will be the sub this afternoon. I would expect one of the other emergencies will only play the first half just in case there is an injury during the warm up for the senior team.

Its a shame Jimmy Munro is not quite AFL standard , but he sure is fun to watch . Jefferson will need a couple of pre seasons to put on some bulk .

half time 51-30. pretty even game, we've just taken our chances a bit better. umpires played too many frees that qtr and it became a scrappier affair.

Moniz-Wakefield just looks so much more confident in his ability than he did last year.
