You get what you deserveSaddest thing is, the Gold Coast offer for Hinkley last year gave us that perfect chance to rid ourselves of him. Then we went dun the opposite
Yep - 3, 6, 10 and Burton and I'm feeling a bit better about it all. There is every chance, Luko Rozee and Rankine go in the top 4. We may not get any of the three SA guns we are selling the farm for.
100% this is ridiculous, if we give up Wingard and pick 6 we absolute should be getting two top 5 picks as well as Burton.
By the end of the trade period we should be holding 3, 6, 10 and Burton with what we have given up. At this point in time we are looking down the barrel of a catastrophic trade period.
What happened to 10?It looks like it will be a case of:
Out: Wingard, Polec, Pittard, pick 23, pick 30, pick 48, pick 50
for
In: Pick 5 (Rankine or Rozee or Smith), Burton, Pick 15
Just process that.
Let's say Wingard for Rozee - loss
Polec for Burton - maybe break even, probably loss
Pittard, pick 23, pick 30, pick 48, pick 50 for pick 15 - massive loss
What the hell have we done??????
4-5 pages back an article from the Age was linked with the info.Where is everyone getting these hypothetical trades from, I haven't heard anything since pick 15 and burton. Which as an initial offer seemed our most balanced trade of the period so far.

The most suspect part for me is that most of the players involved in it are managed by the same person from what I can gather. Something not right there.I will give it a crack but I find it hard that GWS are holding up Lobb+14 for 11+23 after they have given away so much for salary dumps.
Of course, of course childI can only assume having a "good off season" which turned into a poor season has scared us. Gotta make sure that doesnt happen again. Surely poor off season equals good season. Right? Right?
We already had pick 11.
I’m sure we give it away somewhere for peanuts
Wingard isn't managed by Craig Kelly's TLA but Tom Petroro's Stride Sports. The most suspect part for me is that most of the players involved in it are managed by the same person from what I can gather. Something not right there.
No we had 10 and the 11 we got from Polec+ Pittard trade, we gave up 4 picks to get 6 + their 2019 3rd round pick.We already had pick 11.
We upgraded 11 to 10. Wowee!
