JJ stays for mine as he can be a goal threat from 55m out. One of our more reliable kicks for goal. The contested marks is just gravy on top.

Bevo also said Keath will need the full two weeks to recover.

both Roarke and Gardner had 3 or 4 of those moments where their lack of polish was shown up and could have been very costly, but Roarke can play a defensive role and is tough and Gardner has speed and height over Cordy, Bevo loves both of them so they'll play.

JJ will hold his spot, so it will be Cordy and VDM to make way,

can someone please teach VDM how to sell a dummy and side step, worst ever!

VDMs problem is sometimes his feet work faster than his brain but his first qtr was fantastic

No Dunks or Adz either time we played them. Having them in is just huge. Oliver and Petracca will play big games, they do 9 out of 10 times, but the midfield depth is no contest even after you account for Gawn.

i bet if the players were asked to vote they would pick Wallis. Not that there is anything against Scott.

Going by 2016 I think Bevo would want to reward the PF team by not making any more changes than absolutely necessary. I’d put Keath in the absolutely necessary category. Weightman would be desirable. Roarke doesn’t deserve to be dumped. VDM is a risk. Martin will play.

I know there’s a poster who provides a table on positioning time periods per match which is usually a good insight. I’d suspect Treloar & JJ were mostly stationed at half forward. Roarke had 65% of his 15 touches in the defensive half.

And Naughton is clunking them like Carey.

If Naughton steps up on GF day, it could be a performance for the ages.

His effort is great but he’s quite clearly the worst small in the team, I think now with a completely full team to pick from he’s the unlucky one tbh - although he’ll make a good sub

I’d be backing in JJ and Treloar to take down Brayshaw rather than tagging with roarke.
