Stop being precious - you’ve already been taken to task by others recently about your arrogance.

You chose to ignore the existence of the well known terminology “grunt”, and then say I have NFI for using it.
Please mate lift your game, no ones buying that rubbish.

And again I don’t see Lippa having Adams competitiveness/grunt to fill his role at stoppage. Therefore we need another solution if he misses.

Now if you can calm down, and be respectful I’m keen to hear your view.
I'm totally with you on this Spinny. No way Lipinski can perform a similar role to Adams.
This stuff is obvious but it seems it's gotta be said anyway..
Both "grunt" and "extractor" implies you are a bottom of the pack, in and under first hands-on player who never shirks at the physical contest. Its a role that is based around stoppages and pack contests. You win the ball at the coal face and feed it out to others. Lipinski is one of the players these guys feed it out to, not the other way round.
These players have to be prepared spend a lot of time on the ground wrestling with other players for the ball, especially in wet. The role requires an uncompromising and unflinching attack on the footy. That ain't Lipinski.

Lipinski is most definately NOT suited to that role and has never shown he can play that style of football. Kinda the opposite in fact.
Imagine a super high pressure, high stoppage game in the wet and we are relying on Lipinski to be one of our players burrowing into packs to extract the ball instead of Adams, against the likes of Cripps🤢🤮

My Australian rugby star mate in Bangkok back in the 90s used to wake at around 5am on the morning of the Saturday game and take 3-4 heavy duty sleeping pills then set several alarms for 10 am. He'd take to the field at 11am (he was housed next door to the ground) and play like an out of control pit bull. In another age, we could have done similar to Lipinski, and have him become our wombat on steroids, burrowing in at the clearances with gay abandon.

My Thai mate died at 27. There was a cup named after him at the Hong Kong 7s. Generating too much aggression can take its toll.

Interesting methodology. Sleep deprivation has the effect of making me angry but it also makes me very lethargic. Each to their own.
We would have to pump a hell of a lot of steroids and a side course of meth to get Lipinski to play like Adams. Even then I just can't see it.
His face is too pretty for the role anyway. Surely looking like prince charming from a Disney film counts you out from playing the wombat role.

When is the AFL going to confirm the Prelim days & times?

If they are waiting until after tonight's game, they must seriously be considering moving our game to Saturday if Giants were to beat Port tonight.

Otherwise they would have just announced it by now.

They always wait until after both semis.

If Tay has a hamstring injury we should find out today. He would be off to get scans this morning you would assume and I doubt the club would hold on to this information longer than a day.

If we don’t hear anything this weekend it might be a good sign.

I'd think (hope) they would want it out there confirmed either way so the media don't hound them all week. Otherwise it's going to be all about 'Tay's hamstring' all damn week.

I’d suggest that rules him out for the season unfortunately.. 2 weeks even for minor would be cutting it. We can hope I guess
It would have to be the most minor of tickles for him to be up for the GF I imagine. Shattering for Tay

If Tay is a declared out, that place is taken by Nick. Does Macrae come in as a possibility for sub? That would be tough on Ginnivan, but in finals the toughest of calls need to be made. Both Port and GWS have strong midfields
