Footy Classified running with Touk Miller could still be suspended for his Zorko incident.

That'd be a bit of a balls up.
Zorko is a flog of epic proportions.. who asks for everything he gets as far as targeting from opposition teams.

but if Miller has deliberately grabbed his nuts and squeezed them then thats essentially sexual assault.. and Miller should be banned over it.

you cant let someone grab another players nuts and squeeze them.. thats fuccked.

This aged poorly…
This is a rest though. Pedlar will be back in the team, just like Soligo and Max. The likely changes all week have been Borlase and Rachele in for Butts and Pedlar. We've been resting the younger guys who have played the whole season in the last month or so as their form has dipped. Rachele would have got one too if he didn't get suspended. Now that Rachele is back he can come in as a relative like-for-like for Pedlar, and hopefully Pedlar is back in the next week or two.

Should be two weeks.

Who is your 7th defender?

If you are not picking Nankervis, then forces Hinge back into defence

Wasn't Hinge in defense last week, seeing he had the job on SPP?

Soligo was dropped

So.. we can afford to “rejuvinate” Pedlar after a couple of quieter games, slight drop in form and some sorness..

But simply cannot do it with Murphy when he gets 4 touches for an entire game and gives us a garbage return most weeks..

This club needs an overhaul.

I could accept Pedlar getting a week off if some of the consistently useless players got them too..

Disagree with you here - Two completely different scenarios.

We absolutely should be giving Pedlar a spell. Its the right thing to do. This is his first real season of AFL footy and he has played 18 of the last 19 games after being pretty injury throughout his young career. Even if he kicked 5 last week - if he needs a rest he needs a rest. Club made the right decision with Soligo and Max as well.

We don't need to rest Murphy. Murphy is almost 25, has 94 AFL games and played 21 games way back in 2019. He is just a very crappy footballer that shouldn't be in the side.

Out: In
Pedlar (rest): Rachele
Butts (inj): Borlase
Murphy: Berry
Sloane: Cook

Of course I know only the first (and likely the second) changes will happen...but can dream. Thought Berry was very good in the SANFL on the weekend, and would be able to go into the midfield if they need a change up during the game (which could be on the cards given the strength of the Suns in that area). Cook also would bring speed to the team, but hey why do that when you can play Rory....

I'm bloody dreading this game.

I went to ******* Darwin and watched us get blown away by this lot.

There better've been some lessons learnt or I'll be wanting to speak to the manager!

Lesson 1
Lukosius - is good. ******* do something about him. Don't wait until he's kicked 5 like last time.

Lesson 2
Have a plan B for when you're 6 goals ahead and the other team gets a ******* 9 goal run on!!
NIX, I'M TALKING TO YOU!!

Vent over, thank you.

It seems one forced change and Pedlar rested

Out:
Butts
Pedlar

In:
Borlase
Rachelle

Sub - Sloane

Luko played the game of his career last time. Same with gold coast, it was their best game for the season. I think as long as our inexperienced defence stands up we should win by 5 goals.

Nicks has already said Sloane is playing. He can't bring himself to dropping him.

Love our young guys in defence but the inexperience is of concern and they might get exposed going forward. But if we fluke the 8, they'd gain accelerated experience simply by tasting finals footy, regardless of the outcome.

Either Worrell or Hinge.
