I can see it. In summary for those that can't (for whatever reason) Reidy v Jackson in the ruck, Jackson wins it taps it down to loose turf, Andy (purples) (in the purples vs reds) gathers a ground ball and bursts forward, easily brushing past a disinterested Brodie (reds).
Based off that clip alone Brodie is done and should probably be delisted immediately. He gets selected and dishes that up, people here will erupt volcanic levels of rage
Look guys, I love Brodes as much as the next person. Made 2022 a lot of fun to watch.
But he just hasn't been able to match that performance since. I'm just trying to counter the "we can't pick Ras because he hasn't lived up to the potential" argument with the "Brodie isn't exactly TTHD" argument.

I' m more worried about the poor quality of the kick under no pressure from one of our leaders and automatic best 22 selection than the half arsed effort of a guy out of the team

That would suck immensely. Not much going right in the early part of 2025, good job the season runs for many months. But still....

But Andy is automatic selection.
Brodes is "supposed" to be fighting his way back into the side. Needs to be putting in a LOT more effort than that display if he want's to prove himself.
Ok just listened to what he actually said so: Bolton was named, keep an eye on him. All depends on how he pulled up today after the session yesterday. 75/25 he plays.
I've assumed he won't play this week since they said he was a test last week. If he gets up (and is fit), that's a bonus.
