I'm disappointed in Richmond investing almost all of the trade period into a deal that Carlton are not going to let happen.

Seriously, even if we said "fine, here's pick 12", I get a sneaking suspicions that SOS would just say "actually guys, we've changed our mind, now we want Pick 12 AND Pick 19 for Yarran".

I'm actually starting to believe that they really, REALLY don't want Yarran to leave, and neither do any of the Carlton supporters on this board either. For any deal.

Carlton give Yarran + Pick 20 and Pick 21.

Richmond give Pick 12 + Pick 52

I'd back the Tigers in to get some quality kids at 19, 20, and 21, whilst Carlton end up having 1, 8, and 12 as their main picks.

Well yeah mate, they seem to despise the idea of Pick 19, thinking it's some sort of complete rort, so I guess they must feel the same way about 20 and 21 too.

If they're willing to part with the completely useless and terrible Pick 20 and 21, and bundle those in with Yarran, I'm willing to part with Pick 12 and a late nothing pick.

Can't wait to hear from the Blues supporters how this is also an unfair trade.

Do you know that as fact? I thought the Lennon was pure rumor because he wasn't signed yet. It seemed straight forward once you got your hands on pick 19 - none of us know what it is yet. I hope it comes to light what is holding it up.
