That's the dumb part by the HFC guys that walked. Saying they've done it before just means they've been stupid before. Stick to the bus and no one gets near you.

In saying that the idiot deserved to get clocked.

It happened once and initiated by a stupid drunk yobbo. Should never have been a problem for Clarkson or anyone else.

She'd be wrong if she hit him. Quite simple really. It would be a poorer reflection on the bloke if he acted the same way.

Why would it be a 'poorer' reflection on him if he acted the same way though?

Ian Aitken, pesky journos, Matty Lloyd, junior footy umpire, a wall, a Port flog, and that's only what we know about. I hope his Mrs doesn't burn his toast in the morning
Can somebody put this angry campaigner in jail already?

Carko needs to watch his temperaments he's got a big game against Norf this week.

The battle of the Adelaide great housing depression may be over, but the Battle Of Tasmania is about to begin.

Dwarves have their own way of doing things - accommodating anatomical shortcomings, dealing with disputes, or blowing off steam after a hard day at the office.

So when a dwarf faces the serious challenges life chucks at him - like people wanting to take photos, interrupting his evening stroll, or anger management - shouldn't a dwarf be able to deal with those challenges in his own unique way?

I'm Dr Brian Ironwood.

I feel like there are two issues being argued here; one is drunken anti-social behaviour, while the other is a high profile man with ongoing issues with anger.

I am all for naming and shaming the morons harassing Clarkson. You cannot behave like that with anyone just because you're pissed up and your footy team won.

However, Clarkson needs to acknowledge that hitting the guy was wrong. As others have said above, provocation isn't a defence, although it is considered during sentencing. Clarkson has serious form in acting aggressively and probably needs to seek anger management counselling, Brian Ironwood can surely help. Clarkson had several options available to him in dealing with the situation, he chose the worst.

Watch the video and you'll see the feral port flog provoking him. Apparently he provoked him for 5 minutes, and the drunken dickheads continued on after the incident.

I suppose it was "right in front of you" ...
