We are traditionally slow in our membership sales at this time of the year (perhaps due to the marketing departments timing). Personally I always buy it around the first NAB cup game.

I have not renewed yet, no hurry.
There will be 5 extra members from my household by next month.
Me, wife and 3 kids.
I think it will be same with most members.
We will beat all the Melbourne clubs re. membership figures.
It's good to have the break anyway.
You miss the footy and get the passion back when it re starts.

Exactly. Me neither. I'll do it, but probably not until early January (may be sooner /shrug).

My only Collingwood supporting friend hasn't renewed yet either, but he definitely will. He went and got my membership last year as I couldn't get away from work to get there and was busy all weekends. It'll be good to actually go into the Lexus Centre and get it myself this time

I havn't bought mine yet either. No one in my family has so add another 3.

My dad told me that a Collingwood membership will be apart of my birthday present which was in August. So he's bound to sign me up sooner or later, once he renews his own. So that will be +2

Technically i'm getting mine for Christmas.

In other words, my mum has found out a way to save money. Long gone are the days where I get a christmas present and a membership.....

Well I'd be another except I seem to be getting the run around. Even after they had the big survey last year to improve things.

I normally get a Captains membership. This year I wanted to upgrade to Legends. The online format didn't allow me to do this. So i rang up. I was told they couldn't do this over the phone, I can't even remember the reason why. It was a while ago, something to do with seating? Processing the application?

Anyway, I did what i was told & sent in the form & have heard Jack since then!

im getting mine for xmas, i buy the mrs her Sydney membership and she buys me my membership.

There were huge problems with membership with a lot of people last year (not me though). Now they seem to have their shit together and promise if you get it done by the end of this week you'll get it before Christmas.

AS of the 17/12/08 Collingwood have 17,055! We are 2,000 up on last year!

Collingwoods target is 50,000 So all collingwood supporters get on Board and help us become the First Victorian Club to reach 50,000 member's. We are currently comming 4th out of the Victorian club's at the moment (since 2003 we have been 1st).

Hawthorn have 27,000, Essendon 24,000 and Carlton 23,000!

So come on Guy's by you membership and make Collingwood No.1 in Victoria for the 7th straight year!

But the Afl counted all of them into there total last year and that's why they had 41,947 members with only 500 less then us!

I have no doubt that if we have a great year we will finnish 1st out of the Victorian Clubs but our biggest danger is Hawthorn! they are aiming for 50,000 with 40,000 from victoria and 10,000 from tasmania! I think we will have Essendon and Carlton Covered!

I bought a legends ticket this year. I always look forward to my membership arriving in the mail because that always makes me feel like the new season is just around the corner. Which I suppose it is. Does anyone know if our NAB cup game against WC is still on February 7th, or have they pushed it back a bit now?

I haven't got mine yet, I'm still weighing up which package I want but I will definitely have it well before the start of the home and away season.

I hope we make it to 50,000 but I'd be very happy if we got to 45k which would still represent a healthy increase. It's good to see we've got a counter on our club site, I like to keep up with how we're tracking.
