Yes but he’s not the player he was, even in that position now.
He’s also too focussed on work life balance which I believe is why Port didn’t want him.

Pick 44 is not what you trade someone like Adams for. He'll be arriving at the Swans to be on a significant deal. Try pick 23 or perhaps higher. They're using language like "required player" and "leader" so expect it to be much higher. We'll try and facilitate a trade but we won't bend over backwards to get it done.

Wrighty is not going to trade Adams, best 22 material, for the value of Lipinski, who was not in the Dogs' best 22 at the time.

This 100%. He will be best 22 in a team that payed finals this year, a pre-lim last year. They’re tending up and want more pieces of the puzzle to win them a premiership. But Tay Tay is a contracted VC that was best 22 in a premiership year when fit. He’s not some washed up hack that’s being pushed out. Pay up

I would offer our first rounder next year and Adams for picks 23 31 and then bundle this years first round pick 18 with 23 31 and 36 for GC 4 59 and 63 it brings in our last picks in from 77 and 95 to 59 and 63 could come in 10 picks and I would love a top 4 pick than a top 10-12 pick maybe a Dan curtin or Zane duursma or Nate caddy or Riley sanders that’s where the future is have to give up something to recieve something make it happen

You should read the match day threads when Adams gets hold of it, seriously injruy prone and turn over king, if we get pick 31 for him I would take it and run the **** away <750k on our salary cap!
