Simple solution - give him 1 year dealsStringer plays well in a contract year. Thats about it lol
Good guess, but no.Shane McGrath?
I had lunch in Richmond today at my favourite phở restaurant.Am I the only person who has not had lunch at Derrimut this week?

Was your manager there - does Fly like pho?I had lunch in Richmond today at my favourite phở restaurant.
American Dream with chips?I had Schnitz in the city
Last I checked his manager was Connors and D'Orazio. Manage a bucket load of players, including Petracca.Who’s the manager and do they manage anyone else? Why do we think it was about Stringer?

Just to clarify..was Stringer in attendance too?Just that Fly and his management had lunch earlier in the week.
Nothing more then that.
Yep. From the outside, this looks their best option, but who leads the charge? With what, 6 weeks(?) to go before trade period, i actually think this will snowball into being the catalyst for change at Melb.
The supporters etc are completely disgruntled with the management.....its not like its been only recently that this has off field stuff has cropped up.
It's been ongoing for multiple years.
I really wouldn't be surprised if the club removes the leadership (and coach) in favor of keeping their players.
That's how bad i think it'll get.
IMO this runs the risk of overshadowing the finals if it continues to spiral at the speed it has over the past week.
Especially if its all non Vic and/or small supporter base teams left.
Yikes!Stringer had lunch with Fly and manager early in the week.
I was there with just my shopping bag, because I went to Minh Phat afterwards to get some supplies. Was your manager there - does Fly like pho?
Of course Stringer was there, he loves a free lunch.Just to clarify..was Stringer in attendance too?
Or just his manager.
He feels uneasy if he starts to stray too far from a fast food hub.A few years back he said during an interview that he had never gone for a run as long as 5k before. Possibly the most extraordinary utterance I have heard from a modern day footballer.
He'd be a slob too. Hope his table manners turned Fly write off him.Of course Stringer was there, he loves a free lunch.
Agreed, we're a system-based team so it's our bottom 6 (and then the next 5-6 outside our best 22 who will get games) that we need more consistent quality football out of, one big name isn't going to make the difference for us.
What do we give up to get them?Dream scenario is.... trade for Petraca, Peatling and Davies this off-season, which makes the Pies younger but have a Pendles level player replacement with Trac.
Decent of them to stay outside - did they comment on the culture at their club? While I was eating there were 3 guys outside doing a drug deal.
