From what I hear publicly sounds like Trac keeps on getting smashed in the public eye. Especially ex-players. Fairly sure Ox had a quiet crack on radio today too.
Apparently current players too, according to the HS today.

(Also, an absolutely damning article on the club by Michael Warner, if someone has access to their digital content).

Regarding Stringer, if it costs us nothing I’m ok with it.
Next year will be like the bulls last dance. It’ll be all on the line for a flag. 2026 will be a substantially different list.

Stringer can play and everyone deserves a second chance but...

History is the best predictor of the future and he has shown himself to be a shyte bloke. Can't get himself fit. Plays AFL with a dad-bod.

Essendon can keep the fat pr*k, they deserve each other. He's a poor man's JDG.

Stringers biggest issue is he never found the week to week consistency to become elite.

His best is game breaking match winner.
He's a campaigner.

As for stringer, ok with him coming to us if he wants to.
Don’t like him as a person, but a talent
Offer one yr plus an option for another

It’s a tough comparison because Trac’s GF performance is probably the single greatest performance in modern football history. To put up a stat line of 24cp, 896 metres gained, 9 clearances and 2 goals is mind blowing, but he did it across all 4 quarters (10-8-10-11) and against a legit midfield (Bont, Dunkley, Libba, prime Macrae, Treloar and Smith). It’s what makes me chuckle when I read the “he doesn’t improve us that much” comments **** oath he does!!
I watched him live that day.
I think you are downplaying how good he actually was 🤣

Interesting. More love and care from us than his own club??

Bomber fans don't even want Stringer.

That tells you everything. He's lazy af.
I haven’t heard that but I’ll take your word on it.
I admit I don’t watch all of his games but there’s been many where you just know if the ball goes anywhere near him, he’s going to get it.
He’s definitely very when he’s firing. Maybe those games are few and far between.

As much as Scott is a flog, he knows football. His position is that Stringer needs to earn an extension.

Why would Collingwood roll out the red carpet for him and give him the cushy contract he craves?
