Yeah. Imagine happens in the next weekJust talk. I need more. Like Smith actually saying it.
Or rule it in...
Ok, but I need solid evidence. For now heresay.Yeah. Imagine happens in the next week
But then, sometimes these things just get done. Both clubs know. Doesn't always need to be voiced officially. Bit like when Grundy went to Syd. There was no "official" trade request from melb. It was just done.
Who would they value the most I wonder?Hi all bit of news I'm hearing out of the cattery, they are very interested in Clayton Oliver and believe they can get a deal done but will throw a big spanner in the works with smith as they don't have the currency for both
Plus we get the Giants Intel.Fwiw, he's also in their leadership group, so obviously highly rated at the Giants.
Captain: Toby Greene
Vice-captain: Stephen Coniglio, Josh Kelly
Leadership group: Tom Green, Harry Perryman, Sam Taylor, Connor Idun.
If true, that’s a shame …Hi all bit of news I'm hearing out of the cattery, they are very interested in Clayton Oliver and believe they can get a deal done but will throw a big spanner in the works with smith as they don't have the currency for both
Well maybe the dickheads will have to realise sometimes they cant have everyone they want
Opposite ends of the ground, we'd be wanting bothI'd imagine our Peatling interest was contingent on not securing Perryman. Would be surprised if we signed, or even tried to sign, both as their primary role looks to be the same. On limited viewing I'd prefer Perryman as a more allround and flexible player.
Think we'll be looking for tall defensive options if, any are available, as our number one remaining priority.
So he sucks? Late 3rd rounder and pay some of his salary or no deal.I have a Geelong supporting mate that is a pretty good judge. He says SDK has been horrible as a key defender for the last 2 seasons, after making such a good start. I would like the chances of him capturing previous highs, but he hasn't been getting selected because he sucks at this point.
I wonder if the CATS need to let go of SDK in order to have the first round picks needed to close the deals they are chasing.Who would they value the most I wonder?
Sounds like Oliver
He's welcome to come to us either waySo he sucks? Late 3rd rounder and pay some of his salary or no deal.
YesI wonder if the CATS need to let go of SDK in order to have the first round picks needed to close the deals they are chasing.
If that is the case, lets put the CATS to the sword by requesting SDK & F2 for pick 12 (received for Noble) & F3 from us.
Just a thought?
I'm seeing both as mids. Peatling isn't a forward - especially so for us. Perryman has played defence but I think we'll be playing him mid. If Perryman stays in defence then Peatling makes more sense, but even then, a tall defender is a much higher priority, we need a Murphy replacement.Opposite ends of the ground, we'd be wanting both
He’d leave if he could regardless, but nobody is interested in him. Will Fin be more wanting to leave now after getting Perryman?
Cotton-On will just up their offer to be a brand ambassador.I hope Smith is hearing all these rumours about Oliver
