Yup and given we need 3 spots for the draft, this year is just right for spots.

Only way for that to happen is to delist reef given he is the only one left TBA on the senior list.
But the noise has been quiet on that front the moment we went for membrey so don't think we'll go both

Word is we're taking 3 in the ND (given our picks are close together, might as well), so the 2nd option is a possibility if they put HH on the inactive list

I like Reef but fear his time might be up - but I would love us to give him a proper summer and a full year at FB before letting him walk.

We’d be better off re-signing Reef if we want to keep him and then delisting and re-rookie listing AJ. Reef will be eligible to go anywhere as a delisted free agent if we made that attempt and I’d imagine there would be a few clubs who would take a shot on him for free.

Doesn't work that way. You cant draft someone in the rookie draft then move them to the senior list in the same off season

Wills could def find the footy better. In that last carlton game I was bemused at the fact we left long on cripps to go on a warpath for nearly the whole 2nd half (obviously stopping cripps is tough but)

Long is bigger+more athletic but can't see him playing afl footy unless we are crippled by injury.

Depends if what we saw was all he's got. Felt like he was given a defensive remit and became too reactive to be effective - even defensively. Just looked slow of body and mind. But maybe there's more there if he gets the approach right?

Now that Membrey is a lock, I reckon we should go to the draft and take 3 roughies that fit the profiles we are after. Not best available unless they fill a need. I've seen some interesting possibilities on the draft thread and reckon we could find something to work with.

Blair was a premiership player and contributor to the 2010 premiership. Amongst other things he won us an Anzac Day game v Essendon (the last game I’ve been to with my Essendon supporting wife) I now go with Collingwood supporters only (my other wives)

Actually stopped them from winning 4 in a row and equaling out record

Coming from a mixed Collingwood and Richmond family, the 2018 prelim was the greatest game of football I’ve ever experienced.
Winning the GF would have been the cherry on top.
