Whoever is the manager of Aish needs to lift his game.

So does the AFLPA.

Connors might be a douche but he wouldn't be taking this shit from Brisbane.

I think its pickers. he would not be to worried about brassy and what the think

Aish is managed by Pickering. You'd think he wouldn't be one to be bullied by clubs.

I don't even know if I want Tomlinson, but I guess i'll take him. Hes a KPF yeah?

I know some have suggested ways as to how we could get pick 7 from GWS in the Treloar deal. Forgot the exact proposed deal but the reasoning behind it was to help with their academy players. So thought I'd actually investigate and from what I gathered, I doubt it will happen. In fact, if it happens, I think Sydney may actually be involved. Wouldn't surprise me to see pick 7 go to Sydney for pick 15 & 17/18 which will be a draft pick from the Jetta trade. Don't want to go into exact specifics because I'm still getting my head around it, but I think it would help both clubs.

Yeah, can play back and ruck as well, even played on the wing.

Nick Maxwell & Josh Fraser were in Vegas at the same time. Both very well behaved boys, apparently one of them found Fletcher in a gutter and took him to the ER.

The Eagles Vegas trip in 06' is urban legend. Instead of skulling beer as punishment for a dare, a map of Australia was lined in cocaine. The losing player had to snort a state as punishment.
Dibs on WA

really? he's only 193 cm. Anvil was too though I think

I'm actually not sure on his rucking ability but I do remember he was once GWS's second ruck.

EFA.

Guys that have done what Oxley did this year are out there. The thing is they aren't scared of their shadow in the same way as Oxley.

FWIW this isn't to support Aish more to chip away at any pockets of support for Oxley!

Well I reckon Ox goes ok and will continue to improve, once again time will tell who was right.

Well he is a douche nozzle also so it does give me some comfort learning that.;)
I like this, I will use it in future conversations.

Leigh Matthews is bluffing.

Brisbane, in their current diabolical state, cannot afford to allow talent to walk into the draft. They need every bit of compensation they can get.

If Aish really wants to leave, then I expect Pickering to advise Aish to request a trade. If Aish isn't phased about staying, then he will re-sign (IMO he would've re-signed already if that was the case). But judging by the public threats, it seems unlikely he'll stay.

Trade week is approaching, and BL are freaking out. They tried for weeks to publicly pressure Aish to re-sign by issuing comments that they're 'confident' he'll stay. Then the truth gets revealed by Leigh Matthews - they're not confident at all, so now they're publicly threatening him.

If they manage to bully Aish into re-signing, that'll be one spiteful player on their list. Do they really want that?

It's like Beams last year, we didn't want to trade him, screamed and cried foul, but in the end we did and worked out a compensation that suited us. If BL are smart, they'll do the same now.

I'm going to Paris for my 40th in 2 weeks. I already know that instead of trawling through the Louvre, or walking through Montmartre, i'll be looking for cafe's with Wi-Fi so I can check the trade week info on an hourly basis.

Well I am getting married the week after trade week and Derek Hine may be getting a mention in my speech.

The talk is that Aish only wants to get to Pies or stay at the Bris.

If this is the case, Bris are being quite smart about this.

Or stays at Bris.
I have serious doubts that is going to happen.

Id have a Dayne Beams avatar until we play Brisbane if that was the case, I'd even keep it all year if they somehow beat us.

The talk is he wants to come to us but only if a trade can be worked out. Otherwise, he is happy to stay at Bris.

Bris know this so are refusing to trade him to us
