Bris get: Hartung, Frost, Pick 44
for: Rockliff

Suns get: Witts, Greenwood, Pick 10
for: O'Meara, Pick 44

Hawks get: O'Meara
for: Hartung, Pick 10, Pick 48

'Pies get: Rockliff, Pick 48
for: Witts, Greenwood, Frost

the more I look at that the more I like it.

Pies and Hawks taking risks (O'Meara's body and Rocky's flogliness) but it seems pretty fair all round.

Obviously little chance that all clubs are in that space , but one of the better scenarios I've read.

Having said that .................anything to break the monotony at this point.

CLOSE TO DUNN

Lynden Dunn's manager, Marty Pask, is confident a trade sending the Demons defender to Collingwood will be settled in the next 24 hours. Here's what he told NAB AFL Trade Radio.

He's met with Collingwood, he's had his medical, and both parties are in talks to try and get something done. There may be a swap of picks or a clean pick at the back end of the draft. Collingwood are just waiting at the moment with a few things they're doing.

I'd be pretty happy if we just traded out cloke, Williams, witts, marsh and then looked at all the picks we had and tried to jossle around what picks we had to get us earlier into the draft by trading current or future picks.

We've done well considering what was on the table, wells and mayne make us better next year and cost us nothing. Club wasn't aggressive enough and hamstrung by trading future picks. In theory going by Geelong if we can somehow get back into the first round, even if it's pick 18, we can trade two next year and really target some players. Contracted or not since it doesn't matter anymore.

Not sure the dancing girl gif will get a run if and when that one goes through!

Witts, Greenwood and Frost don't = Rockliff let alone scoring Pick 48 on top of that.

Come on now..

My comment was based on what we're hearing around Rockliff - badly on the nose, 2nd rounder may get it done, the $$ are the main problem.

So assuming Witts = 48 , I think Greenwood and Frost are worth a 2nd rounder for a club that wants those types.

We arent trading Williams or Marsh, no interest from other clubs.

The difference between Marley and all those other guys...he can't kick and makes some really terrible decisions.
I agree that we has poor this year but has been much better previously. Clearly he was down on on form & confidence and perhaps outside distractions but it wasn't that long ago that he was being spoken of in AA calculations. I don't believe in abandoning someone whose peak level is so high. Perhaps a change of position would freshen him up. I'd give him a go on the wing, with Crisp pushed back onto a HBF. Regardless, he's too good to simply de-list.

You probably right.
But it works if everyone agrees.
That's the sticking point, agreement

Marty is one of the best managers going around.
Straight down the line.
Terrific if you have him as a player.

Give you the hot tip..

If Gault has survived this long, no chance in hell Williams is delisted after one poor year.
I don't think that's the issue UI. The pattern I'm seeing this offseason is that they are getting rid of the following;

A. One Dimensional players.
B. Poor Kicks.

Cloke, Frost, Brown, Witts and Williams all fall into one if not both of those categories.
I'd give Williams a one year deal but I personally don't like his chances.
