Hine just said he has "no idea" what is happening with Williams.
Yeah, but that's what he always says. Then 5 minutes later....bam.

For a slow, soft ruckman who does nothing around the ground? What a horrible return for Witts
I think the Grundy/Jesse combo will be fine. Grundy will ruck 90% if the time anyway
I dont believe we would have no use for Barlow with the state of our list. He was boarderline elite a couple years back and is only 28Barlow is slow as treacle and kicking lacks penetration. He makes Mayne look like a superstar.
With Wells and maybe DeGoey moving into our midfield in 2017, we'd be better to put Crisp onto the HBF than recruit Barlow for that role. Crisp is fast, defensively minded, aggressive and can kick it a mile. Vastly superior option to Barlow.
DFA?Yeah I have NO idea why we aren't considering Barlow.
He'd cost us nothing, I don't get it.
Anyone but Moore. But yes we do have thin KPP stocksBackup ruck if Grundy is injured?

I think we did well.
Cam Wood to us for pick 14...
Already switched to Dunn.
Well 62 is 4th round...Rupetfan was right about Witts 44th pick = 4th round pick
Cloke deal to be done very soon then!!!!A little unders for Witts I would have thought.
People will say "But he was only playing in the VFL!"
Yeeeeeah, because the AFL side had arguably the in form ruckman of the competition playing ahead of him? Witts would have been playing seniors in at least 10 other sides this season.
Its a mistake to use trades of Longer, Hampson and Wood as a pricing guide for Witts. Those three you name were all priced way too high and the clubs have woken up and are now being smarter about it. We really needed to trade Witts last season, before his ordinary efforts in 2016 dragged his value down.So did i;
Longer (4 games in seniors) for effectivley pick 22
Hampson (6 games) for 32
Cam Wood (8 games) for 14
in their years prior to being traded.
Think also pretty well accepted Witts far to good for VFL and more a reflection of Grundy being the # 1 guy.
Is what it is but I cant see the argument that Witts is any worse than any of them in the years they got traded
Shocking deal.
Knight / Snoop / Etc.
What back up rucks are available?
Our backup rucks are Cox, White, Keeffe, Moore
DFA?
Already switched to Dunn.
But his dad played Ruck/forward and won Two BrownlowsPlease i don't want Moore mentioned in the same sentence as Ruck

Not everyone gets the pleasure of riding our arse, it's got be shared around.

Doggies getting draft picks to then pass onto us for cloke..... thats my guessBut aren't we trying to get the WHE done 1st?
Once they start considering further delistings etc.Ok, so we can take him later?
That's the sting, big ugly stingyes - although what might have been if he'd gone to GWS as part of the Treloar trade.
