Great win from Liam Paro, moves to 24-0. Think this might be the best era of Aussie boxing we've had.

Haney-Prograis on next!

One of the most dominant displays of boxing I've seen in a really long time. Devin is legit

Lets see what the judges reckon

Tuned into the UFC PPV. It’s been crazy so far, one of the hardest punches I’ve ever seen. I gotta go back and watch the Aldana fight, apparently women’s fight of the year.

Obviously want Colby Covington to win, it’s an alpha sport so need the alpha to win. Trump is in attendance so it’ll be perfect.

Here is a link to that KO I spoke about earlier

I was out all day today so missed this one

Ill try catch some highlights during the week

On another note
Chemist warehouse had INC 2kg whey and shred and one other that slips my mind at 2 for 90$
Some qere 2 for 110

Got two 2kg max shred low carb for 70
Too bad if it tastes like shit
Grabbed a creatine too which typical was rhe only one not on special

Switched from musashi

Was out today but just caught up with all the fights.

Garbrandt super impressive in the prelims, hope he gets a shot at the title soon. Clinical stuff.

Emmett with one of the scariest KO's I've ever seen - Mitchell convulsing on the floor moments afterwards, and I rate Mitchell so Emmett had one hell of a performance IMO.

Pimblett has pissed me off with the carry on after his last fight but if not for Tony's shit talk during the week Paddy would've gone through the whole build up respectfully. Even after the fight he gave Tony kudos. It was a redemption fight for Paddy and I reckon he won some fans back. Probably could've ended Tony early but blew the tickets and then did enough in the last round to hold on - still a dominant performance I thought.

Couldn't be arsed watching Rakhmonov-Thompson, or Pantoja-Royval.

Colby is a certified wet wipe, not for the shit talk and not backing it up (which is true of him anyway) but just the complete lack of intensity and tempo when it comes time to fight for a title. Guy is now 0-3 in title fights I believe and probably doesn't get another shot at it now. Despite the abhorrent comments about Leon's father, he was composed in there, didn't let it get to him and did what he needed to do - thought he dominated Colby for probably 22 of the 25 minutes. Big respect to Leon for getting on the mic afterwards and letting everyone know how it affected him and think he turned a lot of fans on his side by the emotion in his voice when he spoke about the week (not sure why people were booing him before and after the father comments - trailer park trash behaviour IMO).

And I like Colby and he builds up fights well but he didn't need to go there and even though it's entertainment and to him it's a game (admitted it post Usman fight) there's still lines you shouldn't cross, I've been watching combat sport for a long time and that was probably the worst thing I've seen one fighter say to another. I thought Colby's behaviour was all an act but when you think it's ok to say things like that, one can only come to the conclusion that you're actually a piece of shit.

All in all I thought it would be a much more entertaining card, but enjoyed it all the same.

Next week the boxing is back on, huge heavyweight fights out in Saudi. Should be good, although still baffles me why Joshua keeps ducking Wilder. Just fight ffs.

Decide on getting into the boxing mate?

Oh and for anyone wanting to watch replays of any boxing/UFC stuff, go here;

I'd suggest to bookmark it. They've already got the entire UFC 296 out, they're really good with how quick they put up the replays.
