Witherden sucks . To slow shit kick turnover merchant.

Brisbane knew and paid half his salary to move him on .

Look at how both teams have gone since then . One makes good decisions one makes poor decisions
Witherden = Momentum Killer.

Gets the ball, stops, props, looks backwards and waits til all the other players are covered then kicks to the line. Stats overinflated by kickouts and dinky little give and gets.

Like i said before Richmond are only offloading players to speed up there rebuild, this will slow our rebuild down big time.
Don't know about that .

Pretty sure they don't want Bolton and rioli to go .

They are basically losing all their speed out of the best 22 .

They are in for a world of hurt norf style . This is why we need to publicly ask for priority picks . Because if we don't get them then Richmond don't either.

Smart thing would be for afl to give us good assistance and we trade it for Baker. Helps both clubs

Didn't work out so well for them last time they had 5 picks inside 30...

Surely this "WA footy mad" is both an obvious and shit troll. His past 20 posts have been of the exact same content about Baker and Richmond, some even copy and pasted in multiple threads.

Needs to f*ck right off with his lame shtick.

EX-EAGLE ON RADAR

FORMER West Coast forward Isiah Winder is back on the radar of AFL clubs.

The 22-year-old has been given a late invite to the Western Australia state combine this weekend.

Winder played seven games for the Eagles after being selected at pick No.57 in the 2020 AFL Draft.

The Peel Thunder product was delisted at the end of 2022 and then added to the rookie list for the 2023 season before being delisted again.

But after getting back on the park in 2024 and firing with South Fremantle in the WAFL, Winder has put his hand up for another shot in the AFL after averaging 25.7 disposals from 18 appearances in his first season with the Bulldogs.

Richmond is understood to have considered Winder ahead of the Mid-Season Rookie Draft before selecting Jacob Blight from Peel Thunder and Campbell Gray from Essendon's VFL program. – Josh Gabelich

Its scary though Pyke + list manager havnt spoken about our trade period

What’s scary is that you would even believe that to be true.

They would have talked ….. get real, Dons comment doesn’t pass the sniff test.

Pyke employed Clark - gave him the job, you reckon they didn’t talk strategy and vision during the interview process.

Dons feeding the media porky pies.

Which is a distinct change because the last list manager use to eat them all.

Massive word salad of nothingness.

Its scary though Pyke + list manager havnt spoken about our trade period given we are like 3 days away from it existing. What the hell have they been doing the last 3 months?
So what would you have Clarke and Pyke do? Signal to you, fans, posters and the world what we have agreed in principle and what our tactics will be this next 2 weeks?

No wonder the Cornholer and Ralph gets jobs - because people like you react.

Seems a dumb comment to make though.... Telling people we are not making it up on the fly should be easy to admit

Any ruckmen available that we can draft or trade in that are ready to go or we have to put up with bwilliams for another 3 years?

P.Ladhams (Sydney) and N.Reeves (Hawthorn) are both known to be on the lookout for extra opportunity.

Neither are ever going to be A grade, but would arguably provide more than what the club currently has.

Whether either would consider moving to WA remains unknown however.

This account on Twitter proved quite reliable last year from memory

Starcevich is a FA next year so could be brought in without using any draft picks

Hannebury saying its a shame we are losing Rotham as hes shown some signs LOL
Rotham will go down as a disappointing one, drafted as an attacking half back with run and great kick. But came into our era of maintaining possession at the back, kicking sideways, back with slow ball movement. His flair was coached out of him, he then just couldn't get it back when our game plan changed.
Also asked at times to play KPD, which really isn't suited to him at all...

Played his best ever game as a second ruck/fwd then he got injured in that game and never played there again

Witherden is no world beater, but the pillioring you've dished out says more about you than it does about him. Furthermore, to suggest that the Witherden trade somehow reflects the fortunes of both clubs is just stupid. There are many and obvious reasons why Brisbane is where they are compared to us, and Witherden is so far down the list it hardly warrants discussion. .
