The bottom teams all have kids that give them spark - we are reliant on a few older players that will not be there when we are compertatiove. A massive list management fail over several years. Just no ability to identify tallent - all about the sneaky pick no body else wanted, just too smug and smart, WA boys, attitude issues, etc. Just get people that play well.

Tbf on Chesser, he’s in his first season of AFL and is coming back from injury. Reality is, he should be playing WAFL for majority of the year to build skills and tank. He has neither at AFL level right now.

Due to our injury list, he’s playing seniors when he ordinarily probably wouldn’t be.

How are they supposed to develop in that rabble of a reserves team? Its no coincidence since we've had that side our youngters seem to go backwards. And we didn't just draft a whole heap of duds, like you said most of them show something and then go backwards.
