Gil may not even agree with the final AFL Commission decision (though he will be compelled to publicly support whichever decision the Commission makes).

They are trying to figure out a way of saying the AFL can't proceed in good faith while also having the AFLW continue as planned. Even one more game of AFLW would make a mockery of suspending the AFL season.
