Yep, the staff used to be able to park at the staff carpark next door for cheap but when that deal expired they just parked under PCH.

Unfortunately when my son was younger we were in and out of PMH/PCH.

At least they somewhat mitigated that problem at FSH . Large hospitals in the middle of the city RPH or jamming 2 hospitals next to each other in SCGH and PCH without having enough parking is just a planning failure

The USA (much like here) varied state by state, currently Hawaii and Kansas seem to still have some sort of restrictions/quarantine in place.

The dumbest thing he did was invite the premiers into this in the first place, he should have said this is what we are doing, you deviate form that then their will be consequences...

But he didn’t because he never accepts responsibility for anything. His only aim is to get re-elected for the sake of it. He has no coherent aims to make the country better. Also he is a persistent liar.
As his biographer wrote:

Canada seem to have various travel restrictions between provinces, mostly around isolation when entering the province

Sri Lanka too, probably most countries that are big enough have some of sort of restrictions
