Also, Im pretty sure after the few beers I've had if I actually tried to headbutt someone for the first time, I'd be more likely to smash my nose into their forehead and KO myself
I've decided beers are the best post-COVID vaccine treatment. I'm sure it will move to red wine soon enough.

Have been off the booze lately so don't think this will end well.

Sunday arvo cheeky redders and a good roast. No wonder I always have Mondayitis
Mother in law is coming over and I am doing a lamb roast.

So yeah...

This twit got arrested up north yesterday and tried to represent himself at his bail hearing and got rejected. The magistrate told him to get a lawyer next time. 😂

Suck shit, dickhead.

NSW extending their lockdown, it will be at least 21 days of harsh restrictions.

As a reminder, our three snap lockdowns have added up to 12 days in total.

Do people still think a soft phased in approach like what Victoria did last year and NSW did this year is the right way to go?

I think NSW was right to back in their system that had worked so well for them before. Obviously they will review it now, but if I was in their shoes at the time of decision (with no benefit of hindsight) I would have made the same call.

Similarly, WA's contact tracing is not at the same level, so we made the right call with a snap lockdown.

Overall, lockdowns still suck big time, so let's get vaccinated so we can move beyond all of this.

I also agree that NSW was right to back their system. While other States are happy to blame NSW in hindsight, they must have been backing them in as well otherwise they (particularly WA) would have tightened the border control from NSW earlier.
