Yeah that quartet has a mix of everything. Speed, agility, clearance-winning, height, defensive work etc

Would love to see Ranks starting in the middle R1 against his old side

I know a certain poster won’t like hearing this, but Keays is looking very good, just like a lot of players have been saying as a standout of pre season

Was interesting, in the interview with Soligo where they asked him about preseason stand outs, the first he named was Keays. It would be pretty amazing if he couldve taken himself to another level fitness wise. Good luck chasing him around if your the oppo.

In the past we've let 3 players hog the midfield. Need to spread it over 7 or 8.

He's looked a bit faster covering ground (with and without ball) than usual today IMO, so that might well be the case

What Ranks adds is turning that 50/50 tap from ROB into a 70/30. Invaluable getting first hands on the ball out the middle.

If you didn't hear - they are now allowed to use a stiff arm against their opponent as long as they also make contact with the ball.
