Unfortunatly I wasnt there and only found out about it by text message a few days later. Boys must have enjoyed themselves on the night!!

Hey guys new to the Amo's and unsure of competition levels, wondering if someone could help me out with a few quesions. Firstly what are Williamstown going to be like now that they have gone down from D2 to D3? are they liekly to be a dominant side?
Is there much of a gap, and how do these leagues honestly shape up to some of the metro leagues?

Cheers

Williamstown - no idea - best ask the D2 guys. Best pointer to standard would be this year's practice matches where many D3 sides played SFL division 2 sides and beat them. You would be quite surprised at the standard and there is a better culture in the VAFA than the metro leagues.

Interesting, did the umps get it wrong?

Anyway, Hoes results
1st Angelo Pace
eq 2nd Colin Brown
eq 2nd Damon Wood

What about all the other teams B&F's??

Angelo Pace turned up at Ivanhoes B&F because he thought it was an "all you can eat night".

He was disappointed and tried to eat the trophy! He thought it was made out of chocolate!

At the VAFA Awards night, he was pissed off that he had to leave his entree to get on stage to accept his award!

A very angry man without food in his immediate vicinity!

As for Old Westbourne, their end of season trip was to Paris...read into that what you will...

Angelo Pace = a poor mans Dan Lauletta.

Oooh crikey that hurts. A football side that has a few drinks!!!! Gee that must be rare. Congratulations on working out that I might be associated with Power House, Parrot Boy. That would have taken all your powers of wisdom.

Parrot, I would have thought that Power House were regarded as a bunch of good blokes - always hang around for a beer, tough but fair on the field. I wouldn't have thought a premiership side 2 years ago followed by a reasonable 2007 constitutes a rabble either. Has Power House done something to upset you, Mr Sooky la la?

Any word on the powerhouse coaching job?

Question whats the Swinburne footy club like?? im studying their and just wondering how it goes??
Mate, having played against them a few times over the years, i'd have to say they seem like a good bunch of blokes who have a real crack. That's an outsiders point of view, you're best go to one of their sessions to see what they are like.
