Monash to beat Hoes - 36 points - think back at home will get them over the line over an improving Ivanhoe

Wicks to beat La Trobe -4 points - Wicks just. Flipped a coin.

WB to beat Hawthorn -10 points - WB starting their roll, but Hawthorn good start to the year.

Power to beat Swinney -18 points - Power get a few back this week and will improve too much for Swinney.

OW to beat Kew (101 points.....super form and Kew look to have struggled with the bottom team for the first half last week)

.......and good luck to my old mate OMR .....who looks to have gone on holidays.....with the rest of the Hoe team!!

just busy..... will be ok

..... any tips for this week ?

Zip and 3 buy saturday 5.00pm I would think for your boys OMR, but first half encouraging last week.

hope you enjoyed the Fluffy Ducks saturday night? Shame about the loss.... always tastes a little better after a win I used to find.:D

You have to kidding, Elsternwick by only 4 points. Last week was only a hiccup in their quest for AFL status with their brillant line up.

When does OW and Elsternwick play. No real interest until these two powerhouses play.

By the way champ, I use to find Fluffy ducks went down alright win, lose or draw. Rain, hail or shine

Hi LD ..... I think that that If the Wicks have a few injury concerns for a couple of weeks then they COULD come back to the pack a bit. As for OW ....flying and have to be clear, clear fav's for mind at this stage.

Fluffy Ducks .....maybe you have hit The Peel or Prince with OMR for a little more than a drink with a mate in the past. From all accounts OMR purrs on the field ....... hear kitty, Kitty, Kitty !!!

I think I've seen you before Lions Den. Weren't you on the Wizard of Oz?

Your name suggests you'd have been right for the part.

Monash over Hoes by about 7 goals
Wicks over LaTrobe by 2 points
Swinburne over powerhouse by 6 goals
OW over Kew by 22 points
Hawthorn over west brunswick by 5 goals

Better than that .. a teal cup ruckman- But how long is he around- little bird says he is going overseas- Matt Collins

I think you're just a Carey supporter who is dirty he wants to play footy with his brothers and mates not a bunch of pink shirt wearing, wine drinking queers.

Heard Latrobe are in a bit of trouble this week with fit ruckmen... Could be n interesting contest considering the hype around wicks big ruckmen.

Fair go Harvs, what makes you think the Chump would have a missus? More likely happy in the company of others so he regail himself in past glories of fabulous ball sport performances.

Harvs it pays to go easy on those less fortunate than yourself.

Go Wicks!

Not dirty at all mate- think it is admirable he is playing with his brothers and mates- something i respect greatly. On the other topic- never seen a problem with pink shirts, wine , or for that matter 'queers'. Regardless it sounds like a reasonable description of Jakomos.

Harves and Hunter - what a perfect couple! But just to set the record straight ........... I AM much happier in the company of others so I can regail myself in past glories ( had a few actually);) ....Arhhh Yes, those were the days !!

I stand corrected on the weekends results though ..... .....The Hoes need to be drug tested after a big win over Monash !! No doubt OMR would have given the fluffy ducks a run Saturday night !

I am predicting that Westbourne won't lose a game this year. Hutton (first gamer) is a freak. He kicked 9 goals and just as many behinds. Very good side who will only get better with key players still to return.

Come now Crazy ....really are they that good ? Just because they beat you fellas on the weekend are you going to say that ALL other teams are doomed? Maybe OW have just played the low end teams thus far ....Ivanhoe, Swinney and Kew.

P.S. according to the results page on the VAFA site ....Hutton has played in round 1 this year and kicked two?

Well I'm still improving, 4 out of 5 this week!! Think I may have underestimated Hawthorn though. When do they play OW so we can really see how good they are?

I've had many private messages from blokes wanting to join me on the Ivanhoe bandwagon, amazing what 1 week can do!! Ticket prices will be going up from this week on, so last chance to jump on for free....

Sorry for the error. They are very good, below westbourne the comp looks pretty even. Doesn't matter who you are playing to kick the the scores they have been kicking shows that their fire power is first class. I was sceptical until watching them on saturday.

That's well done Crazy. Predicting an Old Boys unit with a big player base (Club XVIII and Under 19 included) will run through a D3 competition.

What next? Richmond won't make the top eight in 2007?

ETE : Don't think I will buy the ticket just yet as OW, E-wicks and Hawks look pretty solid and I suggest 'the house' will start to get things together in the next few weeks. That could be your top 4 right there ?

That being said - well done to OMR and the Hoe fellas for a good win on the weekend and what must have been a very improved performance.
