Girl goes looking through his laptop 6 months later - goes to the My Pistures folder.
Scrolls though - finds a few that she likes and then emails them to herself.

Don't know why people have to make this more complicated than what it actually probably is.

Well said. It's a simple scenario that could happen to anyone, and yet people are trying to over-complicate and over-analyse things.

He probably forgot about them. How many photos do you have on your computer? Can you recall every single one of them?

The more photos you have on your computer the more time it takes to scroll through them all. Unless the photo folders were labelled. "My teammates wangers", I doubt the girl in question would have the time to scour through all of Gilbert's photos.

Unless of course his teammates wangers were the only photos he had saved.............

I'm not arrogant enough to assume the full story has been released, or that I am in a qualified position to assert one person's rightness over the other's in all of this. Don't have to be a bleeding heart to acknowledge AFL players can be ********s and do stupid things, and that there could well be more photos in her possession that she has good reason to withold with a COURT ORDER hanging over her head.

And how in a court of law is Gilbert going to prove that (a) she was allowed to use the computer but (b) she wasnt allowed to copy the photos?

and those people she was talking to on facebook could be fakes. there are heaps of fake afl player profiles on facebook. she doesn't have any more photos and her -15 seconds of fame will come to an end soon

I'm not slandering Riewoldt, I have been defending him. He appears to be an innocent party in all of this. And you know, I've been known to troll Riewoldt in the past, but not this time though. And I will continue on defending him and his character, if neccassary Stats.

im talking about individual marketing oportunities, not club sponsers, because of these pics they could find these opportunties drying up, in turn losing them money, you dont have to be a rocket scientist to work out who they'll blame, im no expert but i think gilbert could be liable for loss of earnings, pain/suffering ectect.
