The reality has really hit. A Port Adelaide Captain wanting to set up for life after footy. No premierships mentioned. Life after footy?????? You shouldn't be talking about 'life after football' when your life in football has produced sweet fa.

Tom Jonas is no Luke Hodge.

He's cashing in on credit he hasn't earned. Not by a long way. Until then shut up and at least try to give the impression you want to win flags and be recognised as the best.

I thought this tweet was clumsy at best. Regardless of prior commitments (you know SANFL finals correlate with the finals BYE) - calling a loyal supporter, whom actually attended the game, righteous and arrogant is pretty sloppy.

Yeah I disagree, trying to protect yourself and your income security is different to going waterskiing.

I suspect this board is getting hyper critical of every action now.

I’m disappointed as the next person, but perhaps the clue has gone backwards to go forward in relation to list management, the Magpies game showed us we have some great young kids ready to play.

I’m going to chillax and see what 2020 delivers

Don't use the phrasing 'life after footy' or similar. You can talk about what else you do as you please but don't give the impression that right now, football isn't number 1 in life (behind family).

Wasn't having the business bit that annoyed me. Just the so casual mention of life after footy, as though he didn't give two f's about actually achieving something with Port in the meantime.
