McLean 4.75
Neitz 7.00
McDonald 8.00
Davey 18.00
Yze 21.00
Any ulisted player:

For me McLean looks good value, should pole steadily all year, unlike Bruce. Davey should attract the umpires attention, McDonald was right under their noses. What do you boys reckon?

Taken from TAB sportsbet.

McLean could poll in many games (he finished with 9 votes last year - 3 BOG's. The umps love him)...

Rd 3 vs Crows (27 touches)
Rd 6 vs Geelong (28 touches)
Rd 7 vs Freo (23 touches 2 goals)
Rd 8 vs Hawthorn (24 touches)
Rd 10 vs St.Kilda (31 touches)
Rd 13 vs Port (24 touches)
Rd 17 vs Bulldogs (29 touches 2 goals)
Rd 20 vs Kangaroos (36 touches)

If he had played a few more games he may have been a Brownlow smokie.

Mclean for me too.
If he'd played all 22 games, jeez..He'd have to have been a chance.
Don't worry, he'll win it next year anyway.

I looked through the season yesterday and came up with these votes:

13 - Bruce
12 - McLean
12 - Johnstone
10 - Neitz
6 - McDonald

Bruce had a few blinders early, Johnstone had about three clear best on grounds in the middle of the season and McLean was pretty good throughout. Neitz kicked two bags of 8, plus a 6 and a 5. McDonald will probably win our Best & Fairest but I can't see him getting too many umpires votes.

Just wondering who will get more votes out of Johnstone and Neitz...

Neitz has had a few games this year worthy of 2 - 3 votes while travis has been good in patches and at the same time competing against other quality players (Bruce, McLean, etc)...

Thoughts...Travis or Neitz?
