Saw on TV tonight that we have had talks with Shane Yarran from Subiaco.
Interesting. Is it a sign we are now not steering away from the bad boys?
you may be right but I doubt the MC only want 2 recognised ruckman on the list

Hope we look at him and a few others from the WAFL. Cadwallader comes to mind.Saw on TV tonight that we have had talks with Shane Yarran from Subiaco.

Shane Yarran has been a wildcard for the Subiaco Lions this year after being recruited from South Mandurah in the Peel football league. Yarran has provided an electric spark for the Lions with excellent athleticism and the ability to kick crucial goals.
Yarran is unique because he is quick enough to play a small forward role whilst having the frame and height to be a key forward target as well. The 25 year old has kicked 31 goals from 16 games and provided a key role on the Lions return to finals football."
Anyone know his height/weight?
More cash for us, less cash for GC can only be a good thing for us in years to come imo.Malceski has signed for the Suns for 3 years.
As long as we don't overpay.Saw on TV tonight that we have had talks with Shane Yarran from Subiaco.

He's a good chunk taller than lecras and has longer arms and a bigger leap. Lecras just leads so well and provides a target that he offers something similar to a taller marking player.Roughly the same as Lecras then
Not a fan of Shane Yarran. I've watched most Subi games this year and admit he's had an impact, just not a good fit for mine. His primary role for Subi was to kick goals and would actually want to see more than 2 goals a game in the WAFL to convince me to pick up a player in his mid twenty's
My thoughts exactly. Wouldn't mind him at our third but don't think he adds much if anything.I don't think we will trade for him unless it is for a 3rd round pick but Geelong might want a 2nd round pick which i think is fair enough. My bet is he will still be at the Cats next year.
Trading Sinclair raises a few questionsI wonder if we will trade Sinclair ?
There's a lot of interest in him.
Have been told today Geelong, Sydney, Essendon, Richmond and Western Bulldogs all asked about him.
No trades offered just enquired about his status.
I get the feeling club doesn't want to trade him.
I would love to upgrade our 3rd rounder to a lower second rounder for him
If I were Adelaide I'd say sign a new contract or your off to Melbourne!2, 3 and Toumpas for Dangerfield
We got 3, 20 & Kennedy who I'd rate as a pretty high draft pick,Not even Judd was worth that and he was a better player than Dangerfield.
He had no impact in the wafl grand final .. Beaten easily by Jacob Brennan ... I hope we dont waste our time with Yarran"

If I was dangerfield I would say fu<k off I'm contracted and BTW because your ***** I'm going to hawks next year as a free agent ! Danger has already said he is chasing a premiership so he won't go to Melbourne .If I were Adelaide I'd say sign a new contract or your off to Melbourne!
