I think the offer would have to be pretty good to make us let go of Sinclair.

If one of Lycett or Naitnaui go down we can't rely on mcGovern to be back up for too long.

We'd need to draft/rookie a ready made ruckman from the WAFL etc.

Another second rounder, even a third would be very handy in this years draft. A lot of quick, skilled players will be available at all our picks - Sinclair for a Touk Miller/Cockatoo would be a huge win.

Saw on TV tonight that we have had talks with Shane Yarran from Subiaco.

Interesting. Is it a sign we are now not steering away from the bad boys?

Perhaps we are using the prison system for intense pre-pre-season training.

"
Shane Yarran has been a wildcard for the Subiaco Lions this year after being recruited from South Mandurah in the Peel football league. Yarran has provided an electric spark for the Lions with excellent athleticism and the ability to kick crucial goals.

Yarran is unique because he is quick enough to play a small forward role whilst having the frame and height to be a key forward target as well. The 25 year old has kicked 31 goals from 16 games and provided a key role on the Lions return to finals football."

Anyone know his height/weight?

Not a fan of Shane Yarran. I've watched most Subi games this year and admit he's had an impact, just not a good fit for mine. His primary role for Subi was to kick goals and would actually want to see more than 2 goals a game in the WAFL to convince me to pick up a player in his mid twenty's

I should say "not a fan for us to draft" rather than not a fan. Apologies.

I wonder if we will trade Sinclair ?
There's a lot of interest in him.
Have been told today Geelong, Sydney, Essendon, Richmond and Western Bulldogs all asked about him.
No trades offered just enquired about his status.
I get the feeling club doesn't want to trade him.
I would love to upgrade our 3rd rounder to a lower second rounder for him
Trading Sinclair raises a few questions
If we trade him who comes in as a back up ruck ?
What is he worth to us compared to a trade value ?
Would we want an extra pick , an upgrade of a pick or player swap ?
Personally I wouldn't want to trade him for a 40 + pick alone . Maybe package deal

Essendon are flogs at the trade table and have not any picks and tainted player . They can **** fight off

Richmond have pick 31 and conca that is all that interests me .

Dogs have pick 26/27 but would want more than Sinclair ! Lots of young players that would be off limits . They could really use Sinclair !

Geelong have pick 33 and varco . Interesting

Sydney have jetta :) they would want more than Sinclair .

He had no impact in the wafl grand final .. Beaten easily by Jacob Brennan ... I hope we dont waste our time with Yarran

If I were Adelaide I'd say sign a new contract or your off to Melbourne!
If I was dangerfield I would say fu<k off I'm contracted and BTW because your ***** I'm going to hawks next year as a free agent ! Danger has already said he is chasing a premiership so he won't go to Melbourne .
