Now it is a little unclear. Would this 2nd place refund apply to more than 1 group 1 race. It says in the t&c's that there is a maximum refund per race so you would think it would apply to all? There is another term that says it applies to the first wager place..

Called them up about something else (free bet wouldn't work for some reason) and asked about this as well - you can get one per race so if you back one horse in each of the four races and they all come 2nd you get four refunds.

Seems pretty good, they always have the best offers I reckon.

Hoping for dry weather, will do the form tonight.

Yep but this is it's race to win surely, not a particularly strong field, I rate it a very good chance, worth a go at $15 e/w regardless I think.

Do any horses that a certain for a start in the Melb Cup get a weight penalty if they win on Saturday? If so you can scrub off most of the horses that will run in the cup. No point risking more weight when they are in already..

Cheers mate was going to use the live chat but don't need to now. It looks real good for the Vic derby. You get a refund if your horse comes second but can get a 50% bonus if it wins. All over it!

Not liking the weather outlook at all. I missed out on Hill stand ticket by a week so will be in the open in the Lawn stand right in front of the post!

Was really liking Brazilian Pulse and has been supported with money but she failed in the wet last start.

Yea i backed it (All Silent) when the market 1st opened but shouldnt have, yes it loves the straight but absolutely hates the wet. Cannot handle it at all. Im hoping he gets scratched (get your money back) because he cant win on wet ground. His form is pretty ordinary, although ran well behind hay list at the valley i think it was. finished last in his last start, didnt handle the track at all.

Im filthy with myself for not checking the weather before loading up on a few horses. I'll never make that mistake again.
