I must admit, when he was given the captaincy I was worried he would put too much focus on that rather than his game. He’s an amazing leader.

Yo-yo'd across the ****ing country at the whim of medical madmen and women. Some of our very best players out or underdone.

Facing a team that was well-rested, in white-hot form.

And we come out and do that. Our biggest ever finals win.

He kept taking short run-ups of about 3 steps - surely the coaches can sort that out over the next two weeks.

Bulldog teams of old would of let Port kick 6 in a row in the 3rd and make us sweat until the final 5 minutes.

So good to watch all that 4th quarter knowing the job was done.

We just look so tight as a team , compared to Port who after 10 minutes were pointing fingers at each other.

We rattled their cage and they had no team spirit to get back into the game.

JJ was awesome tonight. Genuinely brave and so clean with the ball. Bloody great game from JJ.

There have been times recently when I thought JJ has been asleep for the best part of 5 years but he certainly woke up tonight. Didn't think he had such a physical game in him. He was fantastic.
