Why is Don Pyke a spud?

As much as I think Pyke is a spud, if I had control, I’d be doing exactly the above. Pyke would get another year to prove that he wasn’t dragged down by those around him.
I'm not against Don staying, but Hart, Campo, Burton and Hass need to gtfo.

Problems is they are all the boys club.

What time is this?
Already happened, after the first as, probably 10 or so minutes in
. Robbo fired up in the intro, but once he was on it was all jokes about what pizza he likes etc.

Did ask about balance between youth and picking your best side, but got a standard answer.

Probably spent more time on bucks than they did on Don.

("AFL 2019: It would cost over $3m for Adelaide to sack Don Pyke but all bets are off for veterans in list overhaul".) Fox Sports

Surely Pyke is not on 1.5 million per year? FMD if that is correct.

If he's actually on 1.5 million then not having good assistants isn't an excuse anymore.

If he is ,that's the reason the rest of the football department are spuds, we can't afford anyone better.

It was shit

What do you think was the hop topic of discussion at Pykey's place yesterday? According to Campo, football wasn't high on the agenda as I guess they wanted to keep the atmosphere light and fun.

I'm hoping the players and staff challenged each other and exchanged some honest tough love about how they can get out of this hole.

Replay of the Gold Coast game?

Brodie Smith indicated a number of players were still in Melbourne?. Why would they not travel back as a TEAM? Surely preps for the next game started Saturday night.

Maybe because their parents, sisters, brothers, best friends live in Melbourne .. and its a good opportunity to spend a little down time with them. Balance in life is good

Are they including the tax we would have to pay for going over?
