Well I for one absolutely LOVE what Bevo said about Tom Morris. It was furiously misguided trying to make out he did it for his Melbourne links....but Morris (and ALL the other leeches) need to be called out and OFTEN.

i couldn't work out why it mattered in the first place... if hunter runs out, he plays. There's 24 hours in the day and I'm as guilty as anyone else wasting time watching and reading AFL stuff.... but none of it matters except who wins the premiership

I think it was more: give us the heads up you prick so that we the player can find out the right way - from the club, rather than through the media.
Judging by Bevo's reaction, that must be the norm and Morris must also have been told that was the expectation after he did it before the granny without informing the club that he was running with the story.

I don't think we need to invent scenarios - just go personal traits. "How dare you - a lispy dweeb, ask a question. Does fox footy want you to be a lispy dweeb? Are you proud that you're a lispy dweeb?" That sort of thing would work.

This oxygen thief used leaks to further his career, to help his preferred AFL team win games, and in the end it was a leak that torpedoed him.
If any other media outlet puts this misogynistic, homophobic mouth breather on their books I will simply ban that outlet from my life.

Saw two new threads pop up and didn’t want to post on them because it might seem a bit mean of me but I’ll say it here.
One thread was about us getting a key forward and the other about us being in a rebuild. No sh*t Sherlock yes we all have our opinions about the club but I had to scratch my head and wonder if these posters have just realised these things and before anyone says anything yes I do realise that the rebuild thread was pointing out to others that we’re in a rebuild. Which is even more head scratching meaning there’s a lot of people who don’t think we’re in a rebuild.
Anyway I hope the threads go well while I continue to scratch my head.

I have a request for advice from the game-attending folk amongst you.
I'll admit it's a naive question, but it's been years since I've attended a game at the G as I live interstate. What's the best way to get tickets for Anzac Day? I'm hoping to take my son down to Melbourne for his first MCG experience and I see that the AFL's website lists tickets as going on sale at 2pm on 12 April.
Is the best option to just jump on the site on the 12th? And does a Pies membership have any bearing on my ability to get tickets?
