Fox don't want all games, though they would like Saturdays games to be exclusive.
What they want is to use their comms and graphics to be used for the FTA games. Like the 7 comms and graphics are used when Fox broadcasts the FTA games on its network.
I much prefer the Fox comms, and particularly the graphics, to that of 7. The Fox comms don't try and be the entertainment. 7 comms come from the Rex Hunt school of commentating, where you try and kill someone with a gardening implement.. oh sorry... where did that come from?

I particularly warm to the idea because as the highest paid player, Grundy would be contributing more than anyone else to the performance awards without ever again being likely to win one himself.

That’s the sad thing. I always thought he felt more at home at Adelaide than at Carlton. And maybe he was, until he found out he was wrong.
