In all seriousness with people wanting to relocate you guys to Tassie, she has in one fell swoop, outsmarted rivals like Essendon, made your club relevant, got you a supercoach and probably saved your club from relocation. We got Peggy O'Neal in charge when we were a rabble at Richmond, she turned us around with Benny Gale as CEO and Hardwick as coach. North are on the correct road with Hood and Clarkson. Dont know much about your CEO but if hes good then your well on the way if not you should change him and get someone like Cain Liddle.
