Feel a bit sorry for them. So close to getting exactly what they need (one of the top shelf mid propects) but likely miss out. Amazing what difference 1 pick can make.
They could still come out ahead but whoever they pick will be in the next wrung or more speculative. At least they got 2 shots at it thanks to the ridiculous battle compo.

What a difference 2 points in a game makes!!! They beat the Blues in the last round by 2 points and jump above the Suns and Dees.
If they lost that would have picks 5 & 6 instead of 7 & 8.

Can only speak on behalf of myself.
I'm very happy with FOS, and I'd be happy with Draper too.
But getting the picks that would allow us to grab Tauru and Armstrong would trump either, for where our list is at, imo.
Or didnt beat us in the last round with seconds left. Pick 5+6 would have been handy.

I get that there's this consensus of 6 amazing mids and nothing else which is why we should be upset, but Tauru looks like an absolute beast to me and Travaglia looks like a jet too. No issue if those are the players we end up with.
