So you wanting a straight swap? That wouldn't be the worst Tiger suggestion.
both sides have come up with some shockers, 6 and 10 for 2 was a good comedy one from some North fans too

Just putting out there what Twomey said.pick 9, second of Melbourne's picks is what is being rumoured. Probably the upper range but not a terrible pick direct replacement for Brayshaw, can play mid but fills the Brayshaw void at HB too.
Or we don't want your pick 2 because the difference in prospect from 2 to 6 isn't worth pick ~18 in this draft. Hence why there's been no trade and probably won't be one, geniusSo you wanting a straight swap? That wouldn't be the worst Tiger suggestion.
Bo Allan at pick 6 would be wild.
Just repeating the Tombstone.Post it into existence, worth a crack mate
Just putting out there what Twomey said.
Tigers really like him and only way to get ahead of that pick.
Saints also really like him.
Suppose they could trade up but Twomey himself has floated the idea that Smillie could be risked getting through to 10 on the last few gettables aswell.
Why?As a Saints fan, it'd be driving me insane knowing there's a chance they fall one pick short of the tier 1 mids

This afternoon at some point. How long til twomeys mock draft
Sounds like Travaglia/Lindsay at 8Some chance a Langford slips them I actually like their picks as they can also get the best tall.
Sounds like Travaglia/Lindsay at 8
Or the ultimate scenario where Tauru goes 4/5 and Richmond go Allan at 6.
We get Draper/Langford and Smillie.
Why? Worst case, we miss the mids and get the best tall in the draft. Still an excellent position to be in.As a Saints fan, it'd be driving me insane knowing there's a chance they fall one pick short of the tier 1 mids
lol we - so you know what the Tiger recruiters want? People that can read minds are special.Or we don't want your pick 2 because the difference in prospect from 2 to 6 isn't worth pick ~18 in this draft. Hence why there's been no trade and probably won't be one, genius

And when everyone looks back on this draft on 10-15 years time, I would guarantee the top 7 won't be considered the clear best 7 in the draft. They never are. No need to get caught up in guaranteeing one of them.
Ashcroft, FOS, Lalor, Draper, Smith are the 5 Tier 1's.As a Saints fan, it'd be driving me insane knowing there's a chance they fall one pick short of the tier 1 mids
North could be feigning interest in FOS at pick 2 to force a trade from Richmond or Adelaide.
- Richmond seem to rate Lalor and FOS as the best 2 players.
- If Adelaide are interested in Jagga, then FOS going at pick 2 would mean Jagga is less likely to get past Carlton's pick
Nah 7 tier 1 picks and that doesn’t exclude Ashcroft.Ashcroft, FOS, Lalor, Draper, Smith are the 5 Tier 1's.
Draft Night Board Meltdowns
$1.75 Melbourne
$2 Richmond
$2.50 North
$3 Stkilda.
Nah 7 tier 1 picks and that doesn’t exclude Ashcroft.
You have to include Tauru at this point + the 6 mids.
Everything except pretty much every draft expert. It seems North probably rate FOS at the top of their board.
Alot of us have been stating that for months.
We've stated ad nauseum in here we have a history of taking best available and it seems like we will just be repeating history.
I don't know why you would doubt it when everything points to Richmond taking Lalor and NM selecting FOS.
Fair dinkum mate. You’re stacked with young talent.Rather Smillie than a few of them wish we were a chance of getting him
