As per Cal, its Whitlock, Hotton and Oliver as the gws picks, all three have good reasons to end up better players than Travaglia

I have been saying it for weeks, Pick 7 + 8 aint worth much because this draft has 6 elite mids, and the next 10 are even and now Cal agrees

No idea who ends up the best player, but there's a lot of talk about "the mids". I think Jagga is a lock to be a quality mid. The others aren't to me. I think they'll all be AFL players, but will be surprised if they all graduate into the midfield. FOS in particular.

Pick 1 has a lot of pressure on it but I honestly think Jagga is the safest choice, guaranteed high floor, even if he might not have the upside of others, he's extremely low risk and was already playing really well in VFL games, and was obviously outstandingly consistent at TAC level.
