What Paps JS and scoring potential like?

Looking at a downgrade this week everyone is onto Mayes but Paps is 50k cheaper and may be a better option IMO.

Your thoughts?

Mate I'd go Mayes for sure. Mayes looks the goods, has played against men before, higher draft pick and Paperone is very raw. I'd say Mayes will score better too. And his price rise is this week, whereas you can wait another week to see how Paperone goes. FWIW I'm gettting both in the next two weeks but if I could get one then I'd go for Mayes. Worth the extra 50k.

Mayes probably better JS at the moment. Has had two games and whilst not standing out in the second, he still looked like he belonged. I think you will always have a risk of a red or green vest being a first year player though.

Never take any notice of team sheets anymore. Redden gets named on the bench fairly often. It doesn't mean jack to how teams actually line up these days. Rocky will probably start on a HFF after being named on the bench.

Nothing to report on fitness. His form is OK. Only played 2 games so it is a bit hard to tell.

Big fan of the way Mayes is conducting himself, brought him in for Mitchell, Docherty might be a downgrade option to but pretty happy with the side i'm building. After persevering with Hanley last year and being pretty happy with how he performed, massively regretting not bringing him in for this season. How is everyone going this year?

Doc is showing something, but he is still a fringe player. He will probably be in and out of the team. The upside is that he was running through the middle a bit, and has been playing midfield in the 2nds, so the scoring potential is there. He will always be a sub risk when he makes the team.

Expected to return, was only a 1 week suspension.

Won't really know until we see how he goes at training. He did pick up an injury, but it wasn't meant to be anything major, was a bit of a cork just above his knee, so probably just a 1 week injury anyway. Check back later in the week.
