As for Brown, I don't think you'd want to be trading out JB, when he's so popular and just out of form. You can't keep these guns down for to long.

Well he looks injured out there so if that's really the case then yes he could be down for long.

Martin to Dal Santo and Betts to Goodes. My oringal plan was to go Martin to Dal Santo and Gumby to Watts but I may aswell use the trade to make the best 22 better.

Next week it will be. Rockliff down to Wonners and LeCras to a gun unless he can do something good.

Then my only other trade will be upgrading Hitchcock to a gun. Which will leave me with 5 Trades left for injuries from the Split Round onwards.

So My predicted team in 3 Weeks will be:
B: Goddard, Hodge, Carrazzo, Enright, Shaw, Waters, Maguire
(Hams/Webberley)
C: Montagna, Bartel, Dal Santo, Selwood, Barlow, Ball
(Howlett/Shuey)
R: Sandilands/Cox
(Warnock/Lobbe)
F: Gia, Didak, O'Keefe, Goodes, Brown, GUN, GUN
(Gumbleton, Wonners)

Is there any players about $90k worth downgrading to at the moment?

Looking to downgrade jetta so i can upgrade either kennelly or mayne

I am looking to downgrade mayne to Playfair and up kennelly to Carrazzo/Enright

Mayne looks lost in the forward line. i think he was even playing in defence a bit on the weekend.

Well im not to sure what to do this week, I going to get rid of Gram basically as he has already missed games before this year due to a hip? problem and now the hammy, its not giving me a lot of confidence in him.

Last week I brought in Carrazzo into my mids for Martin, so this week ive swapped them around (using DP thingo) so I can get in a premium mid for Gram. Have 8 trades left and 28k in bank.

Atm Im thinking of just a nice straight swap to Dal Santo, OR I can downgrade Phil Davis who is scoring like shit to Playfair and trade Gram to Hayes/Montagna/Boyd/Goddard/Judd.

So after this week my side will look like this

B: Hodge, Carrazzo, Enright, Shaw, Malceski, Waters, Harbrow (Nason, Webberly)
M: Swan, Bartel, Stanton, Whoever I trade in, Ball, Barlow (Howlett, Shuey)
R: Sandi, Hille (Warnock, Lobbe)
F: Gia, ROK, Brown, Byrnes, Pods, Higgins, Pavlich (Playfair/Davis, Roberts)

Just not sure whether 6 trades will be enough for injuries + possibly uprgrading Ball and Waters...

This week planning... Kennelly > Gilbert and Ziebell > Pavlich, making my team...

Backs: Hodge, Goddard, Gilbert, Enright, Gilbee, H.Shaw, Waters (Schmidt and Nason)
Mids: Ablett, Barlow, Mitchell, Cooney, Ball, Palmer (Armstrong and JKT... these are a worry)
Rucks: Kreuzer, Trengove (Warnock and Roughead)
Forwards: Chapman, Pavlich, O'Keefe, Didak, Franklin, Podsiadly, M.Stokes (Gumby and Rockliff)

Don't ask about my rucks!!! (only positive is Trengove almost matched Sandilands this week)

Hopefully Armstrong can get back in the Crows team soon.

In the coming weeks planning on two downgrades and then upgrade my ruck.

I have a bit of a dilemma this week. 148K and 13 trades in the kitty. The way I see it I have three options:
1) Trengove > Boyd
2) Trengove > NDS + Gray > Goodes
3) Trengove to Luke Power + Ziebell/Rioli > Goodes

leaning towards number 2 but really unsure, any opinions would be awesome!

Kennelly out for 3 games according to Roos...

My backline reads: Hodge, Goddard, Malceski, Kelly, Maguire, Silvagni (Gram, Kennelly)

Was thinking of upgrading Kennelly last week for a Carrazzo/Scotland type... now i'll probably hang onto him considering i only have 8 trades left ($199K), and my forward line still needs plenty of work!

Is O'Keefe's price likely to drop further next week? I am $1200 short of being able to get him this week....

According to FFGenie he has a breakeven of 120 next week, so any score under this figure will cause his price to drop.

If he gets his average of 95 his projected value will be $350,800 - a drop of $8,600.

I'm looking at bringing him in too... just waiting for some confirmation of a form reversal...

Thanks for that - I will sit on the trade for this week then. So is he still worth picking up, is his form dropping away, and are there any better options at his price range, ie $360k?

I reckon if O'Keeffe scores well this week (but obviously still drops down enough in price to grab him), then jump on. Otherwise, Goodes is about 362K at the moment and looks in form, however I think he has a pretty low BE so will likely go up on price this week

Yeah I already have Goodes........other options I was considering were Mooney ($339,200) and Franklin (probably a little over my budget now at $377,400), although both can be inconsistent and prone to suspension/injury.

Anyone seriously considering Lake this week? Besides the 192 on the weekend, he actually is a pretty reliable scorer, with the very occasional 50-60 score, and hasn't missed a game since Round 2 of 2007. And if I have stuck with Tippett all year, have I missed the Hille boat now?

I it is just out of those two i would probably be leaning toward Montagna. He is more durable, a dream team gun as you said and is less likley to cop the number one tag every single week. Either way here tho i dont think you can really go wrong.

Definitely Montagna over NDS. First few rounds Montagna got a tag and NDS didn't really get one. Both did pretty well those games. But when NDS gets the tag at least they can stop one of them.

I would say the tag will almost always go to NDS now because he seems the one most likely to be shut down by it.

Therefore making Montagna at the price he is at the moment an awesome pick.

Just my thoughts and I will be getting Monty this week.

Definitely going Martin -> Montagna. Not so sure about my back upgrade, though. Thinking it's choice between Carrazzo and Scotland. I know there's not a whole lot in it, but any reasons as to why one would be a significantly better option than the other?

i have too many choices this week :( 10 trades and $312k left with Martin, and maybe NicNat and Hurn as my only real players that need an urgent upgrade. I guess an option is to bring in a DP player like gilbee, goodes, or even chapman (wouldn't leave me much change) for martin. after that i might be able to bring in hargrave for hurn (possibly too sideways although hurn doesn't look like improving) or nicnat to cox. pods and grant are looking decent for f6 and f7 at the moment

I'm torn between picking up either Montagna, Hayes or Judd for Martin this week...HALP

I really think Montagna is the best option atm, he is at the lowest price he will ever be and he is showing some good form atm

i really dont know what to do this week, i am 400 short of doing a straight swap of scully>montagna which is annoying so i guess my options are:

Option 1
scully -> N Dal Santo

Option 2
Brennan --> sylvia
scully -> montagna

Option 3
wait a week and scully - > stanton

any suggestions? / other options

i'd say option 3 looks the best
NDS can and will be tagged out of games easily
Why waste a trade going from brenna to sylvia - both look average atm
stanton has a high ceiling and is fairly unique. His price is dropping too

Now time for my question
looking to trade out kenelly, who should i go out of fisher or hargrave?
