I have 3 trades left and 49k in the bank.

Backs: Goddard, Hodge, Gilbert, Duffield, Enright, Shaw, Carazzo
Mids: Swan, Ablett, Hayes, Montagna, Gibbs, Stanton
Rucks: Sandilands, Naitanui
Forwards: Didak, Gia, ROK, Sylvia, Riewoldt, Rockliff, Rob Murphy

Going to downgrade a bench player for more $. Have 1 emergency in all positions.

Option 1: Naitanui -> Cox or Ryder & Murphy -> Stevei J or Chapman
Option 2: Carazzo -> Lake & Murphy -> Stevei J or Chapman
Option 3: Carazzo -> Lake & Naitanui -> Cox or Ryder

Advice needed please!

I like option 3. Carazzo's scores have dropped since he's starting tagging and Ryder should score better with Hille back in the team.

Guys, I started a team for the missus about halfway through the season. Got her averaging about 2000 atm, but Gumby is injured and needs replacing. After trading in Hardingham onto the bench she/I can afford O'Keefe or cheaper. Am thinking of going with Trav Cloke. I'm not confident of Sydney getting their spark back, even if ROK's price looks juicy. Who would you suggest?

Option 3 for sure.

As per the link I'm going to get as many doggies as I can in my team. Easy run home and just hitting there straps. Nicnat is a liability at this stage of the year.

Looking to upgrade a FWD (I'm set on Sylvia), and don't know whether to get rid of J Brown or Pods!

They both have been relatively poor recently, and I just know I will get rid of the wrong one!

Thoughts?

Don't know - It's a tough one - Brown has been up and down, but nowhere near getting the 100+ scores. Pods has had a few down weeks butstill appears to be capable of a 100. Brown could also get put in cotton wool at the slightest hint of soreness while Geelong will probably want to get Pods back into form leading into the finals.

Ok need some advice with 2 choices.

Choice 1

Option 1 Pods to Riewoldt Higgins to the bench

Or Option 2 Higgins to Riewoldt Pods on the bench + 20extra K in the bank

Also Choice 2

Option 1 Gysberts to Hardingham

Option 2 Gysberts to Harwood

Option 3 Gysberts to Hicks (Allows DP into the forwards and works especially well if I do option 1 in the above choice and have Higgins on the bench as Higgins becomes bench cover for forwards and mids

Options 1 or 2 gets me more money which could be saved for a final mid upgrade if I feel it's necessary but option 3 if combined with option1 above allows me to use Higgins as bench cover.

worth trading cyril? only got 2 trades left and with only 5k or so in the bank the best options i can get without double trading are probably brennan, douglas, higgins or murphy.

Finished top of the table and if i manage 2 get through this round ill get next week off so cyril effectively only misses 1 game for me, however my opponents pretty tough and its really a 50/50 game. Id have hitchcock as cover 4 rioli.

sheesh looking at teams is SOO stressful lolz!!!

james i have the same problem with danger > Roo being just short...i think hall is a great option ATM.

pods isnt even back in for me - although geelong board is saying that its all mind games!!! had watts/gumby on bench what should i do also have 2 trades and 64k left....

1. Dangerfield > Hall, Pods on ground with watts emg.
2. Pods > Roo, Watts on ground with no emg.

im thinking that it is infact mind game and he will be a late inclusion....but who knows!!!
...im think option 1 ???

please help guys!!!

My biggest problem is not knowing who Pods will come in for (and won't know til Saturday). Means I have no idea whether my best emergency needs to go in the mids or the forwards. Aaargh.

Have a crucial final this week and having Pods out means I'll be copping a zero with Danger and Gunston out. I have only 2 trades left and 27K with only 2 options.

Pods -> Higgins, Danger stays benched

Danger -> Brown, Pods stays benched

Higgins seems like the safer choice with Brown really out of touch but I'd like to keep Pods on my bench.

Thoughts?

Higgins is playing like a douchebag at the moment. His last ton was 8 weeks ago and I'm probably benching him this week.

I have Maguire coming back in, he is the weakest in my backline, I could trade him for Broughton. I have three trades left and have the double chance in two of the three leagues. Should I go for this trade to try and win the bye or not?

i've decided to get rid of Goodwin (averaging 100 from last 10 games) :(

Goodwin -> Scotland

it was between Scotland, Gilbert and Kelly but Gilbert is starting to get tagged and Geelong might rest Kelly. (can't afford Lake). hopefully Scotland will tear it up against Essendon. :D

leaves me with 2 trades and 122k

J. Riewoldt has been posting some pretty average scores these past few weeks. I think he's reached the next phase of development of oppositions closely studying and paying extra attention to him, so i wouldnt risk picking Jack.

No ones forcing you. But playing against Presti and Rutten the last two week as well as the poor weather condition against North are justifiable reason for his poor scores. I think he reached the fore mentioned stage months ago and I'd be expecting him to kick 15 goals+ in the last 4 weeks against poorer oppositions. But that's just my opinion, the decision is yours.

4 Trades left $100k in the bank

Thinking Kennelly -> Gilbert, Kennelly is all over the shop, just as likely to score 30 as 80-90, Gilbert while down a bit at least should be able to put up some decent scores esp with 3 games to come under the lid.

Team is

Goddard, Hodge, Enright, Newman, Carazzo, Hargrave, Kennelly

Swan, Ablett, Bartel, Didak, Judd, S.Thompson

Sandi, McIntosh

Pavlich, Higgins, Riewoldt, Daisy Thomas, ROK, J.Brown, Rockliff

What do you think?
