I'm seriously thinking about getting rid of Hitchcock and getting Pods in. I had Pods pre-season, but dropped him when he wasn't named in the first round, I see my mistake now.

Anyway, it looks like Hitchcock won't be going up much more in terms of monetary value, big draw back though is Pods playing-status.

Thinking of going Medhurst down to Podsiadly (regardless of his score last night, won't generate the cash I expected), and Ball upto Ablett. With Gumbleton and Hitchcock still holding their spots, and Podsiadly seemingly securing his for a while, it will sure up my team a lot more. Ball is pissing me off.

It was reported in todays sunday times in perth that shuey has re injured his dodgy knee and worsfold has said he will be spending a while off the field.

Also Kerr is our for 12 weeks with a Gibson type tear.

Considering trading shuey for a lucas or colyer type then trading up spud Ball or Spud Tippett

Happy i held on to Riewoldt for a week, Duncan did a fine job.

Will bring in Pods or Rocky and might bring in a premium somewhere in the team for good value.

If Shuey's out for 4+ weeks i'm thinking ill go Shuey to Lucas but im not confident on his job security. Bower, McLean, Waite and Thornton still to return worries me.

Is it time to buy Cox? He is looking better and better each week.
Depends who your rucks are and what their BE's are because Cox will still decrease in value after round 5 for the final time most likely.

Just made some trades right now, got 16 left, gotta start conserving them..

IN'S: M.Pavlich and J.Podsiadly
OUT'S: J.Brown and C.Hitchcock

JB'a a premium and Hitchcock's BE is 17. Could've conserved 2 trades there.

And who's to say Pods will keep getting a game? Sure he is playing well, but he's far from an automatic selection with Hawkins and Mooney also up forward. New to this game, but if you're going to trade for a forward now, surely they have to be keepers in your side?

This week will be doing:
Medhurst down to Podsiadly (who I think will just average the same, and JS is good), and then upgrade Ball to either Ablett/Bartel. Will leave me with 16 trades, and have planned out my remaining trades.

Surely you're joking?

If not, just a case of the hopeless weeding themselves out. :thumbsu:

I'll be downgrading Medhurst to Pods. Medhurst has been sitting on my bench the last fortnight, with Rockeliff taking his place, so no loss to the team.

Will leave me with 320k in the bank, which will go to upgrading Robinson (who's been a huge disappointment and his 28 means his value is only going to drop) to Swan or Ablett. Good for 40-50 PPG.

Will leave me with 50-80k in the bank. I'm hoping Ball continues that and holds in value. If he continues to disappoint, there's a few very enticing options, particularly Gibbs and Vince who'll be around the 400k mark.

Then there's Cox who's just about bottomed out...

Must be proactive as some disappointing unique picks in the midfield (Ball, Robinson, Masten) have put me well behind.

Gonna trade Riewoldt and Warren to Rockliff and Pods this week. Then Next week, Cox is in and maybe Gibbs (depending, might wait an extra week for him).

Everyone saying i shouldn't have traded Brown, Pav was 100% better and i expect a better week from Pav this week as well, with Freo playing Richmond
