Cotchins comment is the best, "There’s probably a part of me that hopes it doesn’t happen because of the love that I have and I think it would be nice for him to end up being a one-club player of the Richmond footy club,” Cotchin told Channel 7’s Talking Footy".

I'm glad Cotch has Dusty's best economic and lifestyle interests at heart. Just so long as he can reminisce and feel warm and fuzzy about Dusty remaining a one club player, thats the most important thing i guess.

But we traded Caddy to Geelong, He spent 4 seasons there before getting moved on to Richmond.

As for elitist and oblivious I have met many Tigers fans over the last 8 years that act like they played in those GFs, puffed up with hubris and strutting like zoolanders poorly dressed cousin. Having said that in fairness there have been many more good ones than bad but of course the bad stick in your mind.

Richmond were the premiers and took the captain and best player from the 17th placed team, and didn’t have to pay any penalty for it (every club moved down the draft order by a spot for free agency compo)

Absolute rort - don’t really want dusty to play for us but I’d love any kind of revenge on Richmond after that period.
