Depends on your membership mate. I'm a reserved bay member and had purchased a guest pass last week. Then when I went to access my digital membership card yesterday I got a message saying the match is fully ticketed so I'd have to upgrade which wasn't possible as the game is "sold out". This was despite having a ticket (guest pass) that would get me in but that ticket has no designated seat.

There was no correspondence from the club on needing to upgrade to a reserved seat, which there normally is. Because I would have happily upgraded when I bought the guest pass. So I called the club this morning and they did something on their end, asked me to refresh my app and my digital membership card was accessible again.

They said it's not a match you need to upgrade for, and we'll be fine to rock up and just take sit wherever within in the allocated bays, as is standard for my membership. I'm assuming that applies to all reserve bay and of course reserve seat members.

If your a GA member might be best to contact the club and they can point you in the right direction!
