News Dylan Buckley officially a Blue !!!

Looks like he's added a little bit of weight already. After another 12 months of our top-class fitness/development program there'll be a huge transformation no doubt. He's a very talented footballer. We've got ourselves a massive bargain here.

For lack of a more eloquent wording, I'll just say that I'm stoked that we landed Buckley so late in the draft. As has been said, he'll never be a monster midfielder, but I think (hope) he'll continue to bulk up as he matures. With his pace and slight frame, I'm seeing shades of Simpson in him. If he has as much heart and guts as Simpson as well, he'll be a gun.

Maybe a cross between Simpson and Murphy

Or am I wishing too hard.

You can just tell some players are going to make it straight away. Hard to pin-point the exact reason, but it's a combination of raw talent, and their attitude. He's got it.
